If you want to restart the game on your current device, please contact our customer service through the game:

1. In the game, open "Settings" (gear icon).

2. Click the "Help" button.

3. Select "Contact Us" to start a conversation.

4. Provide the relevant information and click send.

Please note: If you decide to reset the game, all your previous progress will be erased and cannot be recovered. You will start the game again from level 1, and you will lose your current game progress as well as any subscriptions and purchases. Please consider carefully!
