If you want to delete the game data on your current device, please contact our customer service through the game:
1. In the game, open "Settings" (gear icon).
2. Click the "Help" button.
3. Select "Contact Us" to start a conversation.
4. Provide the relevant information and click send.
Please note: If you decide to delete your game data, all your personal data will be permanently deleted and cannot be recovered. Once completed, you will lose your current game progress as well as any subscriptions and purchases. Please consider carefully!
