If you want to send an item request, please follow these steps:

1. Click the chat icon located to the right of the market in the bottom-left corner of the interface.

2. Click the blue "Request" button to enter the item selection screen.

3. Select the item you wish to request and click "Send Request" to send it to the Town.

Request Item Quantity Limit

The number of items a player can request at one time is limited. When selecting each item in the help request interface, an "x quantity" will appear below the item icon, indicating the maximum number of that item that can be requested for assistance in a single request.

Request Cooldown Time

Once the first request is successfully sent, you will need to wait 4 hours before you can make a new request!Note: The help counter will be displayed in your Town member list, showing how many times each member has "helped." You can also use diamonds to purchase additional requests if needed.
