You will lose Building Power if you demolish a building. Hero Power decreases if your Hero is eliminated. Using a Hero Revival to revive them will save all Power and all Hero EXP (otherwise lost). Unit Power decreases if your soldier are killed or hospitalized, and Trap Power decreases if Traps are destroyed.
