• Skill Points will be granted when a Commander upgrades. The higher the level of Commander upgrade, the more skill points. 
  • Commander XP will be granted by upgrading buildings, completing quests, and doing research. You'll be upgraded automatically when you obtain the required amount of XP.
  • Level 21 and Level 30 Hall of Commanders will bring extra Skill Points. Upgrade your Hall of Commanders to get more Skill Points.
