1. You need a War Room to call a rally. Anyone can donate one troop to your Alliance member's rally. 
  2. Donated troops cannot return after deploying unless the Rally is disbanded. 
  3. Once the Rallied troops start, they cannot be recalled by anyone before the battle is over.
