Your VIP status needs to be Active in order for you to enjoy its benefits. Your VIP is active for a while every time you level up your VIP, granting you the immediate benefits, and the additional time will be longer if your VIP level is higher. When the VIP runs out, tap "Activate VIP" and purchase more time from the League Store.
