AUTO-RENEWAL POLICY
1. The Acceptation and Revise of Terms
This Policy is entered into between KOOFEI LIMITED and the Gold Club Member ("Member") of Fire and Glory about using the Auto-Renewal Service ("Service") provided by KOOFEI LIMITED. This Policy describes the use of The Service and related rights and obligations between KOOFEI LIMITED and Member. For the purpose of this Policy, "Member" means an individual or a single entity that uses the service of member provided by KOOFEI LIMITED. The Member is not entitled to use the Service unless accepts this Policy. The Member who chooses to use the Service will be deemed to have agreed to be bound by the terms of this Policy.
2. Statement of The Service
2.1 This clause is on the premise that player has become a Member. The Service is for the Member who requires the function of auto-renewal and to prevent the losses due to such failure of renew as caused by member's negligence or other reasons. The Member cannot revoke any authorization once made. As soon as the Service of Member expired, KOOFEI LIMITED is entitled to with hold fees for the next billing cycle from personal payment account, third-party payment account, credit card and communication account ("Accounts") of the Member. The Service is on the premise that the Member has bound his/her game account with the Accounts above and the fees can be deducted from the Accounts above successfully.
2.2 For the purpose of this Policy, the Auto-Renewal means, based on the Clause 2.1 above, KOOFEI LIMITED will charge the fees for the next billing cycle, including weekly, monthly and quarterly fees, from the Accounts of member above. Member need to ensure that KOOFEI LIMITED can deduct the fees from the accounts above successfully. Member will take all the responsibility caused by the failure of renewal because of the insufficient balance in the Accounts above.
2.3 The Member shall be subject to the “Fire and Glory Terms of Service” and “Fire and Glory Privacy Policy”. When Member uses the Service, it will be deemed as the Member accept the terms of this Policy and other types of publicity issued by KOOFEI LIMITED for the Service.
2.4 The Service provided by KOOFEI LIMITED to the Member is limited to be used in Fire and Glory. Malicious action or any other behaviors that separate the service content provided by KOOFEI LIMITED from Fire and Glory is not included in this Policy. The doer will take the responsibility for all the consequences of illegal, and KOOFEI LIMITED will pursue the responsibility in accordance with the applicable laws.
3. Rights and Obligations of Both Sides
3.1 KOOFEI LIMITED will be responsible for providing the Member with details and information of the fees of Auto-Renewal. You agree that KOOFEI LIMITED will not print the related receipts and send to the Member.
3.2 The fees for the next billing cycle will be deducted by KOOFEI LIMITED from the accounts above when service of member expired and KOOFEI LIMITED will record it into the record of member payment and extend the validity of member at the same time.

3.4 If some issues occurred in the process of deduction, KOOFEI LIMITED and the Member shall closely cooperate with each other to find the reasons and bear the losses caused by their own faults. If the losses are inequality, both sides shall bear the corresponding liabilities according to the degree of mistakes, or both sides shall share equal responsibility.
3.5 KOOFEI LIMITED is entitled to change or revise the relevant service contents, rules and terms of this Policy from time to time. KOOFEI LIMITED may publish the revised contents on the related pages of KOOFEI LIMITED before making these changes or modifications, but it is not obligated to make separate notifications. If the Member disagrees with any changes to this Policy, the Member can cancel the Service and stop using it. If the Member continues to use the Service provided by KOOFEI LIMITED, the member will be deemed to have accepted all modifications of this Policy.
3.6 The Service is independently selected by the Member whether to cancel, if the Member chooses not to cancel, it is deemed that the Member agrees that KOOFEI LIMITED will perform an unscheduled deduction attempt according to certain rules. Once the deduction is successful, KOOFEI LIMITED will activate the service of the next billing cycle for the Member.
3.7 When or before the auto-renewal, if the price of auto-renewal has been changed by KOOFEI LIMITED, it shall be based on the current effective price.
3.8 KOOFEI LIMITED will not charge any fees for the Member to activate the Service, but KOOFEI LIMITED has the right to decide whether to charge the service itself or adjust the auto-renewal cycle and fees, according to the needs of business or changes of market from time to time. All the modifications will be published on the related page to the Member.
4. Validity of Policy and Termination
4.1 This Policy will be activated once the Member chooses to accept or use the Service and shall terminate until the Service expire or the Member choose to deactivate The Service.
4.2 Member has the right to terminate the Service at any time in Fire and Glory or phone settings. Upon termination of the Service, KOOFEI LIMITED will stop providing The Service to member.
4.3 The order of auto-renewal that the Member has entrusted KOOFEI LIMITED before terminating the Service is still valid. KOOFEI LIMITED will not refund the fees deducted based on the order and the Member will bear related responsibilities.
5. Liability for Breach
If one party breaches this Policy, the observing party has the right to obtain compensation though the dispute settlement method agreed by both parties.
6.CHOICE OF LAW AND VENUE
This Policy shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region of the People’s Republic of China without giving effect to conflict of laws principles, and all disputes, controversies or claims arising out of or in connection with this Policy, including the existence, validity, interpretation, performance, breach or termination thereof or any dispute regarding non-contractual obligations arising out of or relating to it, shall be referred to and finally resolved by arbitration administered by the Hong Kong International Arbitration Centre (“HKIAC”) under the HKIAC Administered Arbitration Rules in force when the Notice of Arbitration is submitted. The number of arbitrators shall be three. The place of the arbitration shall be Hong Kong. The language of arbitration shall be English.
