About IOS billing problem:

1.    All payments made on IOS devices are conducted in iTunes so we get no way to check your payment info, credit card, Paypal or bank billing info. This rule was made to ensure the safety of your account and fund. Please understand that.

2.  Players often complain that they are overcharged or charged without buying anything. We know exactly how you feel. These problems are may caused by iTunes or App Store's order merge or delayed deduction. Please check the correct purchase date instead of the deduction date.
