Hegemon can declare war on another domain by clicking on Capital-Supremacy-Start Domain War. Each declaration of war will cost 8000 Domain Points.

After the declaration of war, both aggressor and defending domains will enter a 12-hour pre-war preparation period. Following the conclusion of the preparation period, there will be a 12-hour battle period. Once the battle concludes, the defending domain will undergo a 7-day protection period. During this protection period, it cannot be declared upon by Hegemons from other domains. However, the Hegemon of that domain can initiate a declaration of war on other domains, and the protection period will become invalid.
